2) You will receive an email from [email protected] (Meetinghouse Family Physicians) with subject “Welcome to your Patient Health Record”.

3) Click the “Complete Registration” button and follow all steps. After you successfully complete registration, you will receive an email with subject “Your myHealthspot Registration was Successful”.

4) You can download the app to your phone/ device on the Apple or Google App Stores. Please save this link to your device so you can easily access the portal as needed.
